We feed a lot of North Fin and have had positive results. Plus it is hard to find bulk fish food in Canada in the volume we needed and North Fin was very accodating at meeting our needs.

We feed a lot of North Fin and have had positive results. Plus it is hard to find bulk fish food in Canada in the volume we needed and North Fin was very accodating at meeting our needs.
I have used NLS for over ten years. I odered it from the States before it was available in Canada. Was always happy with it and still am. Finally this year I decided to try something different - NorthFin. I have used it for three months and like it but don't feel the fish are any better (nor worse) compared to the NLS. Fish colour seems about the same.
I am now feeding a mix of both to my fish and think I will continue to do so. Only difference I see is redder/browner poop with New Life and more grey with NorthFin.

North Fin does have a real nice large carnivore pellet. Our P Bass just love it and it is big enough to fill them up quickly. These pellets are 10mm or maybe 12 not quite sure and a high protien content. They also have a nice selection of other pellets to fit the needs of most fish.
There isn't much if anything separating NF from NLS it seems but I go with NF mainly because they are a smaller and less known company at this time, great variety and customer service too.
