Ian is like king leonidas taking on hoards and hoards of the Immortals right now!

Laughing at all the people missing his point

I don't think anyone missed his point. But when fish food gets brought up you talk about your thoughts on the subject and inevitably someone is going to disagree and so a debate begins. It isn't a bad thing, it's a great way to gain knowledge. I also like learning about other foods as well and their ingredients but when ingredients that don't belong in fish good get brought up, they need to be at least pointed out so people can make an informed decision. I don't care what brand people use or buy, but I'm glad there are people versed enough in the subject that at least people know. That's all that matters. As for northfin, I wouldn't be afraid to use it and if it were cheap enough and accessible enough. I would likely feed it on a 3:1 NLS northfin ratio to fish I plan to sell just so they are on more than one pellet. I understand that some people have trouble training fish to eat what they want and northfin seems to be of high enough quality that I wouldn't be afraid to incorporate it. I'm glad that the options when it comes to fish food keep getting better. At least forward progress is being made.

My son also loves NLS. Why, I let him bring it as snacks to school. Although lately he complains that the pellets tend to get get stuck in between his teeth. Does northern fin offer a bigger pellet so he would not complain so much?

Not that I'm counting or anything, but since entering this discussion Ian has now mentioned NLS a total of 10 times. ;)

Ian doesn't feed NLS so he doesn't want to hear about anything that might be remotely associated to it, or me. That was his point.

And Trace, clearly there are those that feel ignorance is bliss.

We should have extreme cook offs...using featuring fish food for the whole family. I think the krill I feed to my fish is of better quality than the dried shrimp I use to flavor some dishes.

Ive got nothing against you, nor do I, in general, not want to hear what you have to say. I just wish you could see my point and reslise that the vast majority of people don't disagree with you re. NLS, rather they don't need to hear it every time. NLS doesnt work for me as a mainstay. I feed the garlicky one but only my bushfish and oscar eat it. Ive never said its a bad food. But if my fish won't eat it...
