Larger tanks do cost more, but per gallon, they cost significantly less than a smaller tank. I would look into a 230V pump and a very large sump. Go fresh water of course and look into a trickle 24/7 water change system. Simple shop lights for lighting.
Stocking: Peacock bass grow real fast! Then throw in some dithers like Bala's and Silver Dollars. On the bottom I would go with a Niger maybe a few common Plecko's. Hard to over stock this baby but fun to try![]()
price per gal yes your right .. less then the 4 tanks i have up and running .. but still has to cost a lot .. maybe less then i am thinking .. but still not cheep to run a big boy like that ..
