This is a question that can never really be answered but here's some possibilities ( no specific order) aimara, elongatus and rhom piranhas, dovii, fahaka, beani, haitiensis, buttis, aba abas, giant snakeheads, umbee, and if your looking for predatory fish its hard to beat the tigerfish

a Snakehead or wolf fish will murder a butti. I doubt if it can match up with a Dovii. But if we are talking about the master of all fresh water fish, I'd go with a Bull Shark.

I'm agreeing with Jloco, butti tilapia was the meanest thing I have ever seen in a tank. Pound for pound though I had a 6" Lamprologus Cylindricus that was pure evil. An 8' 240 gallon tank wasn't big enough for him. Killed everything.
