I know that lucky SOB. I am going to pick Boston winning game 1 by 4 pts. 95-91 Celtics.

I meant for the whole series, who's gonna win and how many games.

While I respect the honest assesment of the homtown team, and I do it with my Piston's as well, from an outsider let me tell you that the lakers not only are capable of getting to the Finals, they can win. They have the best player in the NBA, as far as skills and determination go, not to mention he has 3 rings, they have Gasol who is an accomplished international player, and quite possibly the best coach in the history of the game.

i hope so yoshi..i'm not sold on gasols defense and boardwork though he needs to come through cause duncan is no boozer he is as smart as they come plus the lakers are not gonna shoot 58% in the playoffs forever they are the worst rebounding team in the playoffs, and when the shooting goes so goes the lakers, thats why they need to control the boards..heres to a finals featuring our fave teams lakers vs. pistons 2008

I say Spurs in 7
(sorry Deangelo, I jusy can't pick against the Spurs till I see someone beat them, and I believe the Lakers could do it...

and I'm going back and forth between celtics in 7 or Pistons in 6, so I'll just be a homer.....

Lakers in 7 home court avantage wins in the playoffs in game 7's

Detroit in 6 I dont think boston can play like they have on the road against a team like detroit.

Another thing Detroit in 6 IF Billups is healthy and can stay that way if not, I say Boston in 7. Home court once again.
