Getting back from 3 knee surgeries speaks a lot about a person's heart and his drive to comeback and prove himself..

most people would have tanked it and collected the same pay check sitting at home..

Maybe you are right, but he is also young and has to prove himself to get bigger contracts down the road.

Reason why I said he didn't have heart is that he didn't have his most recent surgery before the summer (when he could of) and use the off season to rehab.

Instead, he waited till just before the season started and missed a chunk of the regular season while rehab-ing. If he had heart, he would have had the surgery and rehab during the off season to avoid missing playing time in the regular season.

lakers looking like bush league ballers right now. JJ is skoolin em

Bynum was criticized for pushing back his knee surgery—he missed the first 24 games of the season—but he says his personal doctor wanted to see how the knee responded to nonbasketball activity. Instead of removing the torn portion of his meniscus, which the Lakers initially thought necessary, Bynum's doctor was able to repair it. "That was the best thing," Vitti says. "In the long run repairing the meniscus will add to the life of the joint."

I stand corrected... good find!

Mavs better not slack. For a team like LA, if they're on, it doesn't matter where they're playing...

Maybe if RonRon gets suspended, it'll be better for them since I think they play better with Odom as a starter.

Their bench is gonna be weak though...

Lakers suck...

End of a dynasty

Goodbye Phil, gasol, artest, barnes and blake..

I expect a totally new Lakers team next year..
You give up too soon! Look on the bright side. They play against the Mavericks, the team that capable of winning the first 2 games and losing the next 4 games in the Finals :D
Joke aside, I was glad that I had to leave early for work, or I would need a new screen for Friday game... Too upset, even I watched only 3 quarters and listen to the last one on radio. Let's hope they hit rock bottom like when they lost to Cav before the All-stars break...
