Game 2 everybody on the lakers played bad..except bynum..


Kidd would post his terry's @SS up..and matrix too..

actually it's marion making life miserable for the Lakers last 2 games he's all over the place..even making those angaroo runners of his... ugly
 
Ariza would bother dirk cause he can't put his body on him like he does odom and artest, gasol any post up man has trouble if he can't feel the man guarding him, plus ariza is greatat getting entry pass deflections..


Fisher is more of a leader than terry or anyone else the lakers have that is why he still collects a paycheck IMO
 
Lakers need to man up and play Defense, chase down the shooters and recover if they drive..control the boards, limit dirk and penetration

all while shooting a decent % and executing their offense, I wish they'd run more...cause their offense is really not giving their outside shooters much rhythm that's why the killer b's artest, fish can't get a rhythm offensively..all they do is dump the ball to gasol or bynum, give the ball to kobe or odom for off the dribble offense..

whew easier said than done..
 
if batum couldn't handle dirk, neither could ariza. Similar build and game. dirk has been giving opposing teams nightmares for years. you can't forget that dirk's break out moment years ago was against the lakers where everyone first started saying WHO IS THIS???

no one can stop dirk just like they can't stop kobe, or wade, or LBJ, or rose..those guys will keep on coming but, they can make it harder for them


Batum is too raw..ariza took kobe lessons for 2 years not brandon roy lessons..hahaha
 
i'm also all for fouling heyward everytime he's on the floor. anyone with me? 33 percent shooter.

in all honesty, i don't think the problem is dirk on the offensive end, it's our inability to get him in foul trouble to get him off the floor or atleast make him work hard. sure he gets his share of superstar calls but we should be able to take him out of the first quarter or half

foul the s%# out of him, but what really Irks me is the lobs to Chandler..It shows one thing no communication between the lakers playing the pick and roll, and when helping on the penetration and off double teams, they were sending bynum to double in game 2 why would they do that? cause they were concerned with Dal 3 point shooters

leaving chandler free on lobs and put backs
 
Lakers win or lose this year need a different look next year, younger more athletic players are what they need

aaron brooks would have been nice, I thought they made a play for him a while back
