Do you mean me, being the fat guy? I don't have a digital camera! And nobody had one that came with me either, geez... Next time read the thread before posting a dumba$$ comment :screwy:

Im planning on road tripping to the Atlanta aquarium this summer. ANyone know anything about the one in New York in Brooklyn? Im going there for winter break.

i live 30 minutes away from the shedd aquarium, they have some huge sturgeons, paddlefish, gars, arowana, arapaimas. and in the amazon exhibit they simulate the drought period and the bring the water level down to about a foot of water for a month, i went there when they were doing this and it was awesome to see , the oscars were laying on there sides and they had giant gouarmis that would eat a whole piece of lettuce in one bite, awesome aquarium

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is Sweet! I went there a few years ago and it is definitly the best Aquarium i have been too, Plus they are the only aquarium to ever succesfully home a great white shark, in thier million gallon shark tank.

I was just at the Newport Aquarium:D Awesome place to go visit I recomend to every ]l[FK'er

But I didnt see the Arowana, RTC and TSN :( . They had the fish listed in the amazon tank, but I never seen them and I was there for 7 hours.

- BUMP - bringing this one back from the dead

What I want to know is which is the best aquarium for cichlid displays. I want to see some really nice big cichlid exhibits!
The Shedd has a few cichlid displays (there are cichlids in just about every fresh tank there) The Amazon exhibit is probally my fav. with all the true parrots, oscars, and a few species of Geophagus/Satanoperca (one tank has a school of about 200). There are a bunch I can't think of right now but its worth a look if your in town.
