You guys are sooo lucky. The UK is ***! I just got back from the gun club where all we are allowed now is .22 rimfire!!!! They are even debating in parliment banning knives now! Its already illegal to have a blade length of over 3" now they want a TOTAL ban, with a mandatory 2 yr sentence if you are caught in the street! What a JOKE. They say its needed cause they are the most commonly used weapon. Well fists are the second, gonna take those off me too??? Fight for your rights while you still got 'em cause the lefties wont stop till your castrated.

How can you ban knives? What idiots. The olympics is gonna be funny cause most of the guns are illegal here now! Have to do the shooting in France where the UK pistol shooting teams based now!

I come from a hunting and shooting background.. In that and in my training Crappy is never applied to a given firearms anatomy.. Only to the person using it for not using it right. It is insulting to some to call iron sights crappy or to disregard them. I'm one that takes offense quickly on this.. I assume (often wrongly and will admit that) that those who would call open iron sights crappy likely have little disciplined training or experience with this aspect of shooting. If you are disciplined in the art of shooting you never refer to iron sights as crappy.. You behold them and master them but never condemn them.

Might not realize it but this is a touchy subject to some very experienced shooters. We do not take this very lightly and will go off quickly about it.

can that rifle be automatic and 3 round burst with the clip jcardona has? Or can I use a 20 round mag?
 
The Bushmaster Carbon 15 is a semi-auto. And I believe it's classed as a pistol. It should be able to except any type of AR-15 magazine.

Use of reflex sights is useful in Close in conditions or in Urban clearing. Target acquisition is fast and intuitive. This is useful to have in some given situations. I'm not about to argue that. What I see though is many using these for not intended purpose. I laugh my butt off at the guys that show up on the range with all this tac crap attached to their rifle and then try to shoot at 50 meters.. It is a ridiculous waste of ammo. Often those that have their guns set up like this have little or no actual ability to use the gun. All show with little function... It always cracks me up when I'm shooting a gun that looks like it is about to disintegrate at 1 inch MPI (median point of impact) when the dude with the tricked out gun can barely hit 10 inch MPI..
