One way I exercise is to go up and down my steps(I live in a 2-story house) repeatedly until my legs get sore. I did this just over an hour ago and decided to go back and do some more. As I started to come down on my 1st round...I stepped wrong and it seemed that I pulled a muscle in the back calf area as shooting pain went thru it. However, after resting for 15 minutes the pain is almost gone.

Whew...got lucky.

Hello; having done that very thing, let me caution you. Take some extra time to slowly warm up that calf for a few days before doing any hard workout.
 
That's a great start. I don't know what to suggest but I've put plenty of veggies in my diet and eat fish weekly.

Just remember, don't kill yourself starving. It's a life style change, we're not on a crash diet. Keep youself fed, small healthy portions. My kids had pizza for dinner which looked SOOO good but I had roast chicken.

See, this is what I refuse to do. 1, if I do it once I'll likely do it again. 2, I'm working too hard and sacrificing too much to backslide

I had to entertain a guest last weekend and only then had to eat food I wouldn't otherwise eat myself because we had a potluck gathering. Exceptions like that may come up once in a while, but I'll be damn if it's just a meal in my own house on a regular day

I thinknyour right cuz i mostly havent been eating during the day and then gorge myself at night. Looking forward to seeing what you guys are eating.

I had eggs with spinach, peppers, mushroom, tomato, and a spoonful of salsa for b fast. I couldn't do what you're doing and sustain it for a life time. 3 weeks ago my weekend breakfast would've been sausage and eggs, no veggie or French toast with a side of bacon/sausage

Oh and ps, I don't like half the stuff I listed I ate this morning.

The nasties, bundle up, sip cinnamon whisky and enjoy the games IMHO.
 
Fifty degrees today....but it won't hold out for much longer.
