Hello; Caught a bit of a news story about Orcas. Seems the animal rights groups have managed to end the use of the Orcas in the commercial aquariums. I did not get the details as to how it went down and what the implications are.
I posted here as it occured to me that some folks wil be happy and others will be concerned about the fish keeping hobby. Not so much what we have in our homes, but more about the various business, fish shops, breeders, transporters that may be the next target.

Yes I saw earlier that SeaWorld will be cancelling their Orca breeding program...no reason was given at the time though but it is likely due at least in part to pressure from some animal rights group.

they are stopping breading, they are stopping the shows, they are not stopping keeping them in tanks for viewing.

thank you. yes, life can be brutal. death sucks. no health warning. just died.
I have to consider possibility of leaving my home, must get rid of the heavier tanks. & unnecessary things in general. It will take time. over 41 years of marriage things pile up.
My back is ok. I WISH it was that simple. I'm having sudden insulin spikes from unknown reason. some tumors produce surges of insulin. My drivers license was suspended by medical condition that is hard to find the cause of.
It is life-changing to lose independence. I am at my wits end. This happening during the worst grief and Loss of my entire life is a nightmare.
I *may hang onto a 40G. sure of NOthing yet.
Therapy? would be driving myself to the essentials of life.

I've been convinced for a long time that I've had spikes in my insulin for unknown reasons but again it sounds like in your case it's worse.

I know it's hard but try to keep your head up.

He had a Heart Attack. He was about 53. He was also very overweight.

Gotta love the sense of justice of some convicts.I have no sympathy at all for fogle but it almost amuses me when you have a bunch of rapists,kidnappers and murderers passing judgement on another criminal..

Yea, it's no excuse for having sex with kids...but I've always been confused how they get targeted in prisons.

Mine are getting increasingly worse.
the hardest consequence is losing my license..
Its just too much after losing my husband. living alone with this is so hard.
will take a Long time to get cleared medically-IF a Dr will.

In their minds the crimes they committed are like justified. Robbery, drug dealing, murder what ever it is. But they cant see how taking something from a women by force that they could easily go pay for is justified.
