I wasn't THAT overweight, but yeah, type 2.

I got diabetes and have lost about 30lbs in the last 2 months.

no offence meant on weight. My oldest daughter is type one insulin dependent and has been sense she was 9 months old, she is 28 now.

if dropping 20 pounds gets your sugars back on track, allot better than taking pills or injections.
