Lol,dumpster....I saw a recent shot of him and it looks like he's gotten a haircut or at least a bit of a trim on the sides.

So now the Brazillian authorities are saying that Lochte might have been lying and made up the whole story....
 
that is what i am hearing, he is back in the states but one of the other swimmers is not, seems there stories do not match up as to what happened.
 
he says one or 2 guys, other swimmer says a gang of guys but only one with a gun, he also said when the guy pulled out his gun, cocked it and put it to his head, he said, what ever man, this something you would say in a another country and a guy just cocked a gun and put it to your head?
