nothing to chill about here, just making the point that how a fed law can be interpreted by state.

ya there is a big goofy push from cities about it, I personally hate it. but the fact in law is states are not required to deport. that is the feds job, there in lies the loop hole, yes we know they are here illegal but we can not house or transport or have the staff to processes. Not to mention that more crime will happen if they are afraid of deportation for reporting it.

Sniff sniff... I smell jobs around here! 10,000,000 is a lot of people lol!!:D

its important to realize or know that most of the laws you are governed by are state laws not federal.
This is why gun laws persay very so much from state to state. while the right to bare arms is a federal law, how each state interprets it and applies the law is up to them.

All true BUT the fed govt dictates immigrarion law. This judge in another time could be considered to be breaking the law

The President Has Authority to Dictate Immigration

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate immigration. In 1952, Congress passed a law empowering the president to deny entry into the U.S. to “any class of aliens” considered to be “detrimental to the interests of the United States.” In other words, a threat to America and in the interests of national security

Yes they do, They have the right to hang out at court houses and grab them as they leave court. This has been happening, the feds have the right to question any illegal and deport in any state, But stuff gets fuzzy here. do they have the right to stop and detain any one walking down the street? And in my opinion this ware these sanctuary cities fail. that facts are no they do not,. we need the states and these goof ball cities to report to ICE.

Actually they do nothing fuzzy about it. Until someone is a citizen the constitutional rights afforded to citizens does not apply to them

yes, this works great at the border gate. once in another matter, already here.

Just chill guys, nothing but another lil bump. (stupid judge)President Trump hasn't even been in 100 days yet. I am excited at the pace though.

I'm just saying. Me personally, I can't wait for sanctuary cities to get hit HARD where it hurts.

I wish i was as confident. I feel like there are way too many snakes (republicans) in trumps garden. Smh we have the house and senate yet they still fight him.
