yes, not happening. If you like to drink, and you smoke, you will have to quite both.
 
do not know about you, but If I am ever going to quite, going to need professional help. and all these damm kids moved out. lol.

I am we are going away next week and will try again when we get back. Dr gave me this inhaler called nicotrol i think it may work

Cigs are almost ten bucks a pack around here,that would be enough to help me kick the habit lol.How much are they getting for a pack of smokes down there?
 
Almost electrocuted myself with an improperly sealed light fitting in a tank with low hanging lights. Need to cut a better lighting cover from perspex :mad:

Hello; back when tanks had metal frames and the light hoods were of stainless steel had a number of episodes.
The mild ones were just a sting usually at the edge of a fingernail. I could keep a hand in the water with those.
Some were a strong bite that made me get away fast.
Not had a fatal one yet
