I know next to nothing about construction so plz excuse if this is a stupid question: just wondering why these buildings seem to utilize a lot of wood compared to most modern buildings, does it relate to making more ideal conditions for the whiskey/bourbon making process? (e.g. like maybe the building 'breathes' better or something)?It’s a really big deal that we are as safe with fire around the building as possible, it’s supposed to be a tabbacco free
