I especially liked the part about how multiple men complained because not tipping took away the control they had over their waitresses, bet I can guess what those guys are like at home

he also stated that the servers made like $24/25 bucks an hour after tips while the cooks made like $10 and dish washers made $8. glad he did what was best for his crew
