I'm with him ^, Doug.

Crock pot. Dude. You can do some amazing things with a roast, potato, and 12 hours. No joke. Its freakin effortless. And you can nuke the leftover for a week! Its called a compromise! ;)

Was ecoli. I picked up some simple recipes from a book, learned more on line, watched some cooking shows and then started ad libbing. Most of my experiments turn out pretty well.

better yet crock pot with some bacon a large chunk of meat, garlic, tomato sauce potato's and some onion... or pull some beef for enchiladas... or pulled bbq, buy some liquid smoke and do some croc pot bbq but cheat...
i love my crock pot, possibilities are endless!
