Perhaps you'd rather BBQ everything and become a grill master? So many easy things to cook on a grill

Brisket. 22 hours at 170. All you gotta do is feed a small fire. How hard is that?? The 1/4 inch smoke ring is SOO worth the wait!!


Awww...I just got all excited for brisket.... :(

My favorite cookbook is the "Taste of Home: Cookies" cookbook. Duuude...soo many pounds have been gained out of that book. I regret none of them!
 
I am more of a pot person, I like to mix flavors and texture. I'm clumsy though and my knife work was never that good.

Next you'll need to know your heat source...some meat needs fast and hot, others slow and low, and others somewhere in between.

Then it comes to the palate, which is much more personal. You should cook to the taste you like, and hope your taste buds match most others ;)
