Random question of the day: but how would I know if any were hatching and surviving?
Random question of the day: My snails are hardcore laying eggs all over my glass. I realize they are probably (and swiftly) being turned into fish and/or shrimp food, but how would I know if any were hatching and surviving? Anyone know? I don't even know if its the nass snails or the astrea snails doing it.... I do have tiny limpets all over the place now so they must be propagating somewhere out of harm's way...Wondering about these random eggs on the glass now....

Maybe by looking at your tank and noticing if you have little snails crawling around more than before?
