Doubtful but who knows. Might be too much work/too big a risk leaving it alone with a pit bull while everyone is at work.

My bad just seen Rocky's comment microchip is another option pop it to your vets and have them scan it for one

That was my thought too but when I called in (3 diff places) all they took was the description and contact info and told me I can keep it until someone calls or drop it off and they'd take it to a shelter. I'd rather it stays with me then a shelter.

Anyone ID it? Long hair chihuahua, Pomerania or mixture of both?
