I have not seen any freaks in the wal-mart here either, but it has only been open for 3 months. and I hate the place.

Been almost a year now pops ... it opened between Black Friday and Xmas. I hear horrible things about the customer service, but I've never been in it.

costumer service sucks. and I do not blame the workers, little to no training. And for good costumer service your employees need training and they need to buy into the company philosophy. They have neither there.
