"if" a guy walks in and puts a rifle to your butt, or brandishes it in any way he needs to be arrested and charged with brandishing a weapon. wither that be a gun, knife or any item that can be used for a weapon. if is packing a gun or anything else, orders his coffee, even tho he may remove it from his shoulder, checking safety, adjusting a strap, or just changing shoulders, this is not brandishing. AT NO TIME SHOULD THE BARREL EVER BE POINTS AT YOU OR ANY ONE ELSE EVEN WHILE MOVING IT. this bad gun safety and can be considered brandishing a weapon.

I think the point of the name thing is we can talk about what happened for days and days and not mention the shooter at all. victims, families, etc but not mentioning the shooter makes it less desirable to would-be Aholes to cook up a plan just to hear about themselves for months or years. It isn't the act they want to hear about, they want to hear their names mentioned over and over.

Bingo. You go from nobody knows your name to everybody knows your name. You're a legend. So yeah, we need to stop splashing their names all over the place.

I don't know the exact laws but in Iowa a concealed care permit can give you exemption from the rules.

They aren't permitted to carry. Auto suspension or termination for employees.


Anyways, gun control is a banned topic. We need to nip these convos

another nut job, as the population grows as does the chances of nut jobs grow. Social media can increase the "off the deep end" effect IMHO. in countries ware guns not allowed, they kill with machetes, hatchets and knives. fact is a nut job going to do what a not job does. should not effect my amendment right.

Since we're not talking guns here, how many people do you think you can kill with a machete in a crowded movie theater or college campus? 2-3? Wound a few other?

They won't be inspired. Maybe they kill their family and friends, not a mall, school, movie theater. I'd rather that then our schools

Like legit, read this shooters online postings. He talked about "the more you kill it seems the more famous you get". They're seeking fame, not blood lust

16 year old, chooses not to go the to the cabin with his dad, step mother and 8 year old brother, instead he takes the truck after there their and shoots them all in the head and sets the cabin on fire, this last week, what is the deference?

its was on the news, I read all the news outlets every day, fox, nbc,abc,cbs, cnn. this stuff goes on none stop, just not sensationalized. not breaking news.
