Thanks for the tip. Not having them before I wasn't sure what to do, so the first one was really bad. Then I figured out how to relax it a bit more. I've thought about doing what you said with my foot against the head board earlier, but I thought that would more likely trigger a cramp?
Crazy about Muhammad Ali. When I saw him sick in the news yesterday morning, I said to myself, it's going to be any day now.
I'm going to assume you're talking about the lifestyle gossip magazine and the tomatoes.

FM, if this is coinciding with you pissing a lot more than normal, look at balancing your electrolytes in drinking water & /potassium/ magnesium. try taking a supplement called SLO MAG, available at rite aid. Thanks for the tip. Sometimes life delivers us bad blows. I was in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair for at least another month.I have missed everyone here. was in the hospital for a month & now I am home again. not gonna elaborate in forum though, only PMs.

I posted a reply the other day but it got caught up with this doggone phone posting in triplicate and I must have erased it but anyhow we call those muscle spasms "getting a Charley Horse"...no idea how that name came about but it has been in use in this town for as long as I can recall.I get them about once a month and as was said previously it usually goes away pretty quickly if I can press my foot against the wall or headboard or get to my feet and stand firmly on the floor. Thanks Granny, someone at work mentioned a supplement. What's the deal with potassium? The back of my thigh feels like it wants to cramp right now :/
