Hello; Some years ago I tried to report what I thought was a form of fraud. A fellow had done me dirty and I knew he was also scamming the system.
I thought I had gone about it the wrong way because when I called the agency involved they did not take my word for it. It's been too long and the details I do not recall.

Now some decades later I suspect they did not want to catch people. I think it may be something along the lines of the more clients they process the more secure their job is.
It may be that the gov does not make much effort to check for EBT fraud, I do not know.
 
WIC cards are for low income parents to get items for their kids, state/guv issued. they are very restricted on what you can get with them. formula, diapers, baby food, milk, cheese and the likes,

not the same as the food stamp type cards.

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a federal assistance program of the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for healthcare and nutrition of low-income pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and infants and children under the age of five.

Yep,WIC is nothing new it's been in place for years.I knew people who were in the program who would go out and buy everything that they could at a time and then re sell the products.

Hello; The talking heads on the TV have been saying that Trump would be tested by the Russians and the Chinese since the November election. Lots of guessing as to how much backbone he will have or will he be a "let us get along" type.

The tomahawk attacks are at least one answer. This may be a positive thing unless the whole thing escalates. At first blush this could be a good answer as to how far they can push him. At the very least they will have to take his response into account.

I wonder if they targeted Assad?

Wife was telling that the chemical attack was aweful.

Where u guys awsre that iran, saudi Arabia and a few other countries (cant remember) took in absolutely 0 refugees i wasnt aware of this...yet we are the great satan
