I have a few ideas of wat u could do. I really like wat oddball said that would be a AWESOME tank. Are u talking like the first pic Oddball or like 4 diff tanks? I think u should do one really long tank like my pic. Or u could do a big terarium for a few lizards/snakes. like my second pic

dont be a puss you know tha you cant build abig tank with them be a heman like with your last diy and go to town and destry them unless you want to make a tank thats 8" wide
What? Last DIY? Who said I wanted to build a big tank? 8" Wide? Is English your primary language?

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about.

Toxic fish and flamingwoodchuck, those are both awesome ideas. I really like the idea of a long archer tank. I never thought about going up to the ceiling with them, that would make a great chameleon enclosure.

get 2 peices of thick qualty plywood for the left and right side. use the two larger pieces of glass for the font and back, and the last two peices for the top and bottom.

the 2 plywood sides cut a groove in the wood the thickness of the glass (with a table saw)
make the groove a half inch back from the edge of the wood. then use a half inch thick peice of plywood on the bottom between where the two edges of (your thick quality plwood) stick out past the bottom plate of glass (the half inch that you set your groove from the edge) glue and air nail the wood together.

around the top you can add a 2 inch x 1/2 inch piece of wood to the front and back to connect the plywood side on the top.

if i was doing it for myself i would spray the 2 plywood sides with fiberglass resin (or brush it on) before i cut my grooves into it. then after you assemble it all silcon all the joints like it was a glass tank

when is say use a peice of glass on the top i mean you can just rest it there with lights on top

How about automatic doors to your Brand New Fish Room :headbang2 :headbang2 :headbang2

Otherwise I vote for the half tank / half terrarium / half aviary
