OMG!!! Snake Escaped!! HELP!!!!!

WE FOUND IT!!!!!!

Okay guys... I feel like a total idiot!!!!!! My friend came over to help me find the snake.. and we found him! But guess what?? He was in the tank the whole time!!!!! Last time my husband cleaned it out we didnt have any newspaper so he used a piece of cardboard.... and the snake was under that and I didnt see it!

After we tore apart the place again he asks me if I thoroughly searched the tank... I told him to look at it.. where would a 3 ft snake hide? Oh gosh... I feel so dumb... but.. at least we found it.. and I learned my lesson!

Thanks for everyone for all your help, and I can assure you that this will NEVER happen again!!!! lmfao!!!!

Glad you found it. I'd love to see a full tank shot to see how a snake that big hid under cardboard to the point where you were scouring the house looking for it.

lol thats funny! Thankgod you found him though and didnt have to tell the landlord. Youre husband must be really happen now too. Full tank shot would be cool to show where he was hiding.
 
Heres a couple of shots... the cardboard is gone but it was folded up along the back about 2 inches or so.. thats where he was hiding.

He is in a 65 gallon tank, here he is now after eating that rat..

I havent had him probed yet..but I am pretty sure its a male based on the size of the head.. my bro in law has one too and its head is massive compared to ours..
