WE NEED A FOLLOW UP!!!

I spoke to the woman & suggested she carry those plastic grocery bags so she can dump the newspaper poop. she just says, oh I don't mind carrying it. I try to reason that if you're walking around OUR neighborhood & bernie poops further down the road you can carry the bag easier & not worry about it falling or leaving it behind on my wall!

oh, thanks for the advice...

last I heard or seen of her. will see if she takes me up on the suggestion, doubt it tho, can't teach an old dog (old woman) new tricks, eh?!

I would put it in someones trash....no big deal its all going to the same place. Around where I live people "scrap" so hey how bout a nice suprise for the scrapper. I do have a problem withe people who let their dog piss and poop in my yard though....that is rude.

I own a female rottie named Emma...shes just a huge baby.

The outside our neighborhood neighbor who walks her dog across my house on the grass left some remnants (she's the one that uses a newspaper to catch the poop, no bags). so she didn't catch it all this time.

I wonder what can I spray in this area that would repel the dog & maybe deter it from defecating there again?

I know I would have to apply it every so often espec after it rains. don't want to hurt the dog just repel it.

wondering if I use coyote urine (which is suppose to ward off deer from one's plantings) but that is expensive stuff & one helluva smell!

I own a dog and have wrestled with this situation before.
The moral stance I've come up with is the following: It is okay to put the bag of poo in a trash can if and only if it is trash day and the trash has yet to be picked up. This way they never have to deal with your dog's poo. Fortunately where I live, there was previously a big problem with dog poo so they put poo cans and bags all over the place. Makes live convenient.

That's interesting. When my city had dog poop being left all over they passed an ordinance setting up a large fine system. I guess it's cheaper to fine the dog owners than to have neighborhood trash cans.

It's always interesting hearing about how other communities react to problems though.

the idea of pooper cans is great but who is responsible to empty/clean them? in a local community not feasible, township don't care as it's not their property. Petsmart has them in their parking lot & in the store, they know how to take care of business.

so yesterday someone leaves a dumper in front of my house in the street. how rude! pisses me off. I suspect it's the lady with the newspaper she probably couldn't get her dog to poop on paper in time or just missed & so she left it behind. that's my suspicions.

dang nab it!

I see aboslutely no problem in leaving dogs poop in another trashcan ( I am assuming it is an outside trashcan, ready to be picked up by the garbage collectors ), as I would not mind people leaving their dogs poop in mine ( on the same assumption ).

I own dogs: Dogue de Bordeaux, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiffs and a Molossoid breed from my country.
