Opinions on 60gal tank setup

I realized I probably dont have enough space for a catfish, I think Im gonna stick with a group of the smaller loaches.
He is actually....a SHE
She laid hundreds of eggs along side a ceramic rock and "dug in" in my 20gal. So thats why 2 tetras went missing lOl
I thought she was a male because in the previous picturse you can somewhat see a "forehead" of some sort and she has amazing trailers for her lil size.
