O is dead so pissing yourselves is no longer needed, btw I was not asking for your opinions on my stocking in the first place, if I was I would have made this thread for that exact purpose.

but the problems that you're having with your fish are the direct result of your stocking so in order for us to help you, we have to address the way you've stocked your tanks. so if you truly want help then listen to what the experienced members here are telling you and you will have less problems and healthier, happier fish. if you don't want to listen...then we can't help you.

I just bought a jaguar cichlid last night and as soon as he was in the tank they have not stopped fighting. My Oscar is 2.5" and my Jag is 3". My jag is beating my Oscar up pretty bad, I just woke up and of course they are having a lip lock battle, I'm scared my Oscar is going to be killed eventually and he is my favorite fish, How long will this last? will they ever stop trying to kill each other? What should I do? The other tankmates are clown pleco and senagal bichir.

your first post seems to indicate otherwise with the questions about will this last, etc. you are just getting all moody because people arent giving you the answers you wanted to make you feel like ignoring all the good advice is ok even though the fish are suffering.
advice, i might add, that people were good enough to time out their busy days to give you. for free too and your complaining.

My advice at this point is to give up keeping fish completely. If you aren't going to research the fish you want or attempt to care for them the way they need to be taken care of then get some goldfish or quit the hobby completely.

You come here complaining that you weren't asking for advice on your stocking when stocking is your MAIN problem and you clearly chose to ignore it and now your "favorite" fish is dead because of your lack of research and the ability to listen to people who have kept these fish for years with success.

When you want to keep any type of Cichlid, territory, water parameters and tank mates are EXTREMELY important. You can't just toss them in because they're small and think they'll be like puppies who grew up together and will get along. It doesn't work that way with these fish.

Get a clue or get out of the hobby. Telling us to quit pissing ourselves is the most asinine thing you've said yet. I know cichlids and there are people on here who make me look like a preschooler in cichlid knowledge. Take it for what it's worth and listen if you want to have a community of these fish to enjoy.

Hey, people. The OP is probably about eight years old from the way his thoughts are coming across. All we can do is tell him the truth and wait for him to figure it out. He'll grow up and learn eventually.

Actually, you were and you did.
