Is there a behavioral difference between the red and blue Texas Cichlids?
Nope same thing aggressive. I had a Green texas worth maybe max 80 bucks and own a Super red Texas worth 200-300$.

I don't have an Oscar. I was looking into getting one. I should have typed that different.
Okay so a full grown Oscar will probably wipe out all your fish maybe not the parrot fish depending how big it is.

What price did you pick up the Super Red for? I was looking for something under $30. I don't care about size.
You are probably going to get a unfaded red Texas at that price. Unfaded Texas Looks like a green Texas I had a unfaded Texas that hit 11 inches never faded.

I bought tons of fish from the seller so it was a group price.

I got offers for my Texas above 250$

Your's doesn't look nearly as bad as other pictures I've seen, Although it doesn't look as good as a faded Red Texas. Would I be able to pick up a good Red Texas if I bought it small, say 3/4 - 3 inches? I know it won't have very much color at that size, but would it be high enough quality to fade into red as it gets older?
