I did try a ping pong ball with holes so it float around in the middle in the tank about 6 months ago and he ignored it. Ill figure something out. I just noticed him trying to pull up a fake plant I have in my tank. This is the first time ive seen him mess with it
i couldnt keep plants rooted in the tank , mine just pulled them up and broke everything. i would try a couple golf balls in there,
I read somewhere on the internet that the material that golf balls are made of could possibly crack after being in water for awhile. Are you talking about real golf balls or like a practice one?
My flowerhorn does move around the two sponge filters in her 100 litre tank. No matter how much arranging that I may do, she would only have things her way. The air bubbles floating also seem to attract her so. Every hour or two she leaps out trying to catch one. Real fun to watch her.
