What is the best treatment for hole in the head, i do weekly water changes, and put in stress coat when i do the water change. I have 3 Oscars in a 135gal. When I came back from vacation I noticed that one of my oscars head was half black. Didnt think a whole bunch about it til today, he has a hole in his head seemed to appear over night. I upped the temp, put in a lil aquarium salt, and also put so melafix in the tank this morning. What else can I do?
I have not had a chance to check all the levels, as I had to get to work this morning. But I love my fish, I am very sad. Do not want him to die.

upgrading will be nescsary, to keep your O's healthy, if your not up to several waterchanges a week.
IMO, you need a 150Gl+ (pref a 180Gl) tank to keep your waterquality in check.
if you can keep your water in pristine condition, and feed a varied diet, HITH can clear uo pretty good, though i may leave some scars.
But the tank size will only make it worst...
