Uh I wouldn't really put a pleco with an Oscar in a 75 gallon. Especially a common pleco.
Aside from the fact that they get huge, they also poop more than any other fish I've seen lol. They're definitely messy, if not messier, than an Oscar. You would have to do at least 2 big water changes a week to keep your water good. If you are looking for a bottom dweller, you can maybe get a Featherfin or a Striped Raphael catfish. Both of them don't add much to the bioload and they generally only get up to 9".
I'm not sure if it's just me though but if you're looking for a 'cleaning crew' to eat leftover food at the bottom, then I would say just stick with the 1 Oscar and use floating pellets. Any fish you add wouldn't really be helping you keep your tank clean since they'll just eat and poop like any other fish. But if you like having a bottom dweller or you like their looks, then by all means, go for it.
