Pale, Gasping Black Arowana

It's a 300 gal, I believe. My bass has done that gasping thing on occasion with no adverse effects. Same basic situation.
 
I'm going to feed again in a while (he ate yesterday) and see if he's still chowing.
 
What are you feeding the guy?
 
Tonight it will be krill, but he also eats smelt, fish fillets, shrimp and pellets (if the overflow doesn't eat them first).
 
Is it crazy like the silver is?
 
How long has it been like it rally? Just 2 days? Maybe it is a jaw problem and he's done something to it by feeding or bumped it somehow. That would make it a bit stressed and a lighter colour. To be honest, it's a pathetic far out guess.

That's possible. He had cloudy eyes for a while, and as soon as all of that cleared up (which it did thank god), this crap started. This damn fish is a hypochondriac.
