Thanks. It's not so mcuh the dovii I'm worried about causing problems. At least not any time soon. I'm more worried the dovii don't know where to stay away from yet (the fry). One big charge from a protective parent could be devastating. But, so far so good.
By the way, the dovii haven't been submarined yet by any overzealous parents. I guess that's a good sign. The female has been in hiding in the java moss but the male has swam around a bit exploring. He got chased away from the jags' hole a couple of times. He's pretty quick on his feet. I wonder what he's thinking?
Do you want some? There's maybe 150 left. They're getting pretty big. The big ones are an inch. It looks like a new batch will be laid any day now. I've got maybe 150 loiselli fry too. They're a little smaller than the jags. PM me if you want some.
Or are you talking about the little one in the other thread? He's doing good too. He's got a huge appetite. He's in with 5 little HRP's and a goldie pleco. I'm looking forward to seeing what he's going to look like.
Oh, and about that pike, shipping was only $28 since it's so close. I want to get some freddy fry from him whenever they're available again.
