Beautiful macaw! I've always wanted one since I was a little kid but unfortunately my wife is not a bird person and told me "no".

Beautiful bird. Lovely colors and she looks so adorable as well. I'd love to have a bird like that but sadly I don't have the money and with my dog I'm afraid something would happen and one of them would get hurt. I'll just have to settle for playing with my friends birds.
you just have to train your dog to leave the bird alone, my dog is about 40lbs and chases the wild birds outside whenever he gets the chance but he knows to leave my little green cheek conure alone and even if she is walking around on the floor he doesn't bother her (and a macaw has a MUCH larger beak than a little conure lol)losertastictoaster;3921003; said:
