Peacock Bass, Which are nicer???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
good stuff! I have a Sony DSC-F828 and you can take movies on that for as long as you can as long as you can fit it onto the memory stick. I plan on using that feature extensively in my upcoming trip to Puerto Vallarta where I will be doing some Roosterfishing and next year on the Miami trip.

If you plan on doing that I highly suggest one of these if you dont have a laptop:

What is is it like a portable harddrive that transfers all you data from the media to the drive so you can always keep filling it up and downdloading it to this device. Great tool if you like taking lots of huge video files that fill up the Memory stick.

Yea, I had been looking at those lately, but I don't think I'll end up needing it. The videos I plan on taking won't be that long and they actually don't take up that much space on the memory stick. I think with the 256mb memory stick and the 1gb stick I should be all set. Who knows though, 2 weeks in Mexico could probably stretch that pretty thin. ;)

We'll see how much space I use up on my Stick on the Fl trip. If I don't use it up, it must be cause I was too busy using both arms to fish. LOL!

lol yea, that's what always happens to me. I have to really focus on taking pictures, otherwise I get too caught up in fishing. I go to look at the pics at the end of the day and there are only like 5 pics.

yea. I need an official FL trip photographer. I always say, if the rod isn't in my hand and the line not in the water, that is added downtime of you not fishing.

hell yea! That's why we bring ChrisM along. He is basically our photographer for the week. ;)

BTW Jed, this looks like a cool book. I'm gonna grab it before my next trip down there. It's all about Miami peacock bass fishing. I have no idea how good the info. inside is but seems like it might be worth it. http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/2730/sfpb.htm
