Well the tractors could be ran off of this bio-diesel couldn't it?

Solar, wind and Nuclear Fusion (albeit still under development) are all alternatives that are not derivatives.
Right, but I said VIABLE alternatives. Fusion doesnt exist, fission is far too dangerous, and solar, hydrogen, etc. etc. are scarcely making a dent in our energy needs. You cant tell me there isnt a market for it with oil and gas prices already so high. If they were viable alternatives, they would be in full force already. And though bio-diesel may be bio, it is also diesel, hence heavy oil usage.

we, our kids, and their kids have nothing to worry about. the futures might be screwed, but i doubt it.

once the earths oil is nearly exhausted, i believe we'll have already reached a point in our technologies and understandings that relying on a fossil fuel is a thing of the past.
We have to hope. I dont have much faith in the process being smooth, but I do think we will come up with something. By the way, I misspoke on biodiesel, it is not comprised of oil, but it is still a derivative because what use is cooking oil without oil to heat it up, and vegetable oil is still produced on farms using oil-chugging tractors.

fishkeeping will and should be the first to go if there is any crisis that involves nations on a global basis. those "hardcore" hoobyists should be put in jail. national security is greater than fish and a mere hobby. also, this is an interesting topic but has little relevance to anything. hobbies do no exists in the war time mind. surivival is the most important aspect. also, the maybe people should stop driving huge ass cars and trucks. america has tainted the world.

By the time World War III hits, there won't be enough oil to fight about. If one out of 50 chinese families bought a car, the oil supply would be gone in three years.
well if WW3 happens we are all screw imagine how many nukes will go off t would be enough to actually destroy the planet.
Oil is the main component in many plastics and makeup it is estimated to last another 30years the way we use it now but its not that bad NOW cause coal is estimated to last for the next 2 ****uries and gas for 15 years. It won't be the end of fishkeping or civilization as we know it but it will cause some problem possibly a war ot 2. Nuclear power make masses of energy and is thought to last fot 500 years. Renewable energy rescourses will save us in the future.

OK thats all I'm gonna say:)

I want a nuke reactor in my car.
