Peak Oil the end of fishkeeping???

I have only ONE ? what STATE in the US makes nuff power to hold the whole east cost and some of canada... and what do they use for POWER to make elec?..
Many atates all ready use other than gas or oil to run cars.......even tho Toyota want to clain the frist Hydorgen eng BMW has far gone beyond them way befor them.............hm does GAS pay for WARS?

Another issue is that these and other oil "alternatives" are actually oil "derivatives." How does corn get planted and harvested? Heavy oil use. There is not currently any viable alternative to oil, and unless something is found within the next few years, things are going to change dramatically...
 
If one in 50 chinese families buys a car tomorrow, oil is gone in three years.
 
this whole situation is what makes snakeheads the best fish...no heat or filter!!!! just lots of water changes

Well the tractors could be ran off of this bio-diesel couldn't it?

Solar, wind and Nuclear Fusion (albeit still under development) are all alternatives that are not derivatives.
 
two easy ways to protect from power outages that we use here in florida

solar power with a battery backup
or
generator and biodeisel

biodeisel=used cooking oil its free and smells like fries

both is better set to turn on the generator when needed

Bio-diesel is energy negative as well.
 
we, our kids, and their kids have nothing to worry about. the futures might be screwed, but i doubt it.

once the earths oil is nearly exhausted, i believe we'll have already reached a point in our technologies and understandings that relying on a fossil fuel is a thing of the past.
