Few years ago, a cougar was sighted near St. Paul, Minnesota, very odd habitat for wild cougars. And that cougar was always hang out in front the deck of the house, fighting with dogs and cats. That cougar was eventually killed and it turn outs its just tame declawed female cougar. Few days later, they found two cougar cubs. I think the ex owner dont want more cougars and i guess he dumped the pregnant cougar back in the wild. The cougar cubs, today are fullgrown and lives at Minnesota Zoo...

You should think about the safety for both exotic predators and public people. True responisble exotic keepers will do that.

they actually had a wallaby for sale in a pet store near my house...no lie. it was albino too. dont remember how much they wanted. that store always had really bad weird pets for sale.

I have nothing against exotics because to many snakes are also exotics . I am against a pet that if it escapes is now a danger to the neighbor.

If your ball python or my largest ruthven king escapes no big deal but if someone's Hyena escapes its a diff story.

Wallabys are cute the place I went to did not have albino that must be neat.
If I had the land would atleast get Nigerian dwarf goats which area farm has a few a few wallabys to.

Are you familiar with the cougar that for yrs was killing sheep in Scottish Moors and the media thought the farmers were making it up .
It became like a legend than years later a team of Royal Marines saw it and shot it .
They think it was a released pet. It lived for years and most even the gvmt didnt believe the sheep farmers.
It was a very big well fed cougar .

Well, the sheep wasnt too hard to catch even for declawed cougars and "big black cats", anyone can get big cat cubs easily. The last thing i want is have feral big cats populations around United States, we dont need to worry another big cat in the wild, deal with one cat, the cougar was enough.

Very of topic but it seems your against the concept of "rewilding":D

Even though they dont make it obvious there a few people in south florida that keep pumas. if u askt the right people u can find one for sale  I find it hard to believe that people by wild animals and not know what they are getting into and just set them loose...how hard is it to know....cougar = BIG dangerous animal when big

Is this for real?
Yes you can get striped hyena, wild canids, monkeys, apes, big cats, exotic cats, bears and rhino from these website. So its real. I cant believe that its real, and majority of them ended in wrong hands. Wont be surprised if you find a spotted hyena for sale.

I saw a show about wealthy people and their home and this guy in the states had this huge mansion that was a mediteranian theme and in the middle of the house he had a huge enclosure for 3 lions
