I don't know what I want to do with it... you tell me.. honestly, I don't think I'll be encountering the hood and stand for a 40b at any lfs or chain..huh? all I've read is that everyone is ordering online... I'm just not used to doing that.. I like to go, get what I want.. and be happy that it's in my possession right now...

Actually I was being honest with the above comment. No offense.

I agree with going to the store and buying, but the best deals are online. I have been lucky a few times and bought hood, stand and everything else at a discounted price. You just have to find the right place that is willing to deal when it comes to that.

Whoo!! My 40 is up and running as of today! I switched my whole 15 gallon over, fish and all. Super excited to see it with it's new lights and plants! I'm thinking about switching my pygmys and clown pleco in for a pair of C. Irrubesco puffers. . . Not sure. . .
