Petsmart employees.

when you live in ottawa its petsmart, big als or nothing-unless you wanna ship which i don't prefer- some of us aren't as lucky to have multiple or good fish stores!

I order some Fluval impeller shafts from Big Al's website once. They were the cheapest place I could find. I have heard a lot of people speak well of the place. My experience was positive.

ya they are pretty good, but when you go there a lot they don't seem to have anything new and exciting, i guess all places are like that though!

We weren't shopping. We were picking up free snails to feed our puffers. And don't get me wrong, I do go to petsmart. But it's usually with the dog to pick up a toy or food. It is a handy store to have around. I just think their employees in the fish department should know more about the fish they are selling.
See, I don't think that either. There is a pet smart near my house and everyone is very well trained to answer your questions whether they know the answer or not. A lot of tge employees know more then i do anyway. However, it does seem that this same old story happens too often

OMG you are soooooo right. Just about everywhere I've worked someone always says that. I currently work at a Casino and people always tell me, "We don't win here, Loosen the machines, Im going to the other Casino".
Guess what, they practically live there. Or they would say, "I just paid your salary". Uh NO...100 people can stop coming to the Casino and I would still get paid because of MY hardwork and MY services. Also if I weren't working at the Casino then I'd be working elsewhere, and I would still get paid MY own salary because of MY own hardwork.
Everywhere there is always somebody complaining...because of impatience. Now that we live in a world of FAST and NOW, people can't even wait for a 5 minute $1 hamburger. People always say, "Why don't they hire more cashiers" not realizing it is really not that simple.
