I need to take some pics of my Midas/RD from petsmart, coolish fish around. My bro had two incredible Jags from Petsmart as well. I wish I had the data to prove it, but I have had great success with my Petsmart purchases. They just do not have the unique selection that some LFS can provide. I would have never been able to get a Bleekeri or Lima at Petsmart for example.

all my SA/CA's (besides the RT) are from Petsmart. they seem pretty nice so far, but are pretty small. i hope they turn out well, too. the Red O was black at Petsmart and you could only see a little red on the tips of a few scales, but now, it looks like a albino tiger w/ all orange instead of white, lol. seems to be the dominant fish in the tank, so i'm not sure why he's all pale right now. the rest of the fish are pretty dark.

all the fish in chain stores dont come from the same breeders they are usually local but if it looks good and healthy then go for it there isnt much to lose you dont know it could come out like Aquamojos u never no until u try after all a nice tank and diet will make this decide wether its going to look nice or not...Go for it 
we have a similar thing to petsmart in england once i saw a women catch a goldfish droped it on the floor and put it back in the bag and sold it to someone but im sure petsmart is a lot better.
