in layman's terms....
A: One cannot "learn" or made aware of something in which their minds do not
already have the capability to grasp... or recall....
B: How can you already know something in which you have
never been exposed to it in the first place....?
C: The mind can only "learn" if it makes sense based upon
prior facts supporting the lesson...
D: Where in turn does it start? if everything is supported by previous knowledge.... infinity??????
typical Socrates philosophy.... question a question with a question.... I think you got perhaps a bit too deep with life and death.... maybe the professor was looking for a more simple explanation....?
