Could it be the astyanax that are putting them off Steve, they are fry predators in the wild as you probably know.

While I have more "exotic" species, I still count the humble T. meeki amongst my favorites. Love the attitude and the brightly colored gills... they're like bettas on steroids.

I totally agree about meeki. One one my all time favorite cichlids.

Update-I moved the astyanax and the deppi. 3 largest astyanax in one tank and smallest astyanax and deppi in another. Moved the swordtails into the 150g. Removed the fry, hopefully this holds. I’ll take more pics later when the lighting is better and the fish are settled in more.

Took some pics of the 150g tonight. Moved the swordtail fry to another tank. Aggression stopped once I moved the deppi and astyanax. Really loving the tank right now. Now it only has cribroheros and thorichthys species (aside from the swordtails).

Lovely collection of fish mate. Maybe some spawning coming up after the move round.
