The bichir would be able to eat that. It only grows to 4 in

L114, cactus pleco. It's an omnivorous specie that will eat meat and plant material. It gets upto 12in and is heavily armoured even compaired to other plecos.

Sorry. I didn’t mean to say cactus pleco. Is Red Fin sternella or leopard pleco the same thing?

L114 is just their classification number, when ya have hundreds of species it's best to forget names and just give em numbers lol. But yeah they're called cactus plecos for a common name because of their skin texture. From what ik they are a peaceful specie as long as they are fed. If they are starved then they may go after a weakend/dieing fish but usually they will rather go for excess food at the bottom of the tank. They like easy food, something they don't need to work for. The only way they can be considered aggressive is that they will guard food at the bottom of the tank from other tank mates by chasing em off before going back to eating. They are pretty easy to please tho, they like algae waffers, shrimp, clams/mussles, fish fillets, sinking pellets and the list goes on. Just keep em fed just like your other fish and ya won't have any problems with em being mean. They are often used as tank mates for more aggressive Cichlids just due to them being tougher then your average pleco.

They have a few different variations of cactus plecos. Cactus L114, leopard cactus L600, red fin cactus L024, and black dragon cactus L185. The last one is the most expensive but the best looking imo. The black dragon is so dark black they almost look like they are covered in oil. Here's a pic I got from Google.
