If this is a newly set up tank and filter, your ammonia will only get worse. Ammonia levels need to be at .25ppm or less, being higher is very unhealthy for your aros. To do whats best for your fish you will need to do daily water changes of 50% and treat daily with ammo lock or prime, if you can. And for now should keep feedings down to once a week.

What type of filter are you running? Do you have any other fish tanks?

It does appear that your tank is not fully cycled. I advise you to get bio-spira made by Marineland ASAP or obtain fully cultured media that is being used by a comparable filteration system you have installed.

new pic still lookin a lil green in the shot

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!

thats too much bro! his fish will go into shock because of the big difference between his tank and tap water

40% once a week you should do, that will be fine for now. After afew more weeks you may do it 2x a week.

get more filteration a circulation on that thing, your ammonia should be ZERO.

actually cascade was being used on an arow tank by a mfk member vinnstar who hooked me up with it so i woundnt have to worry about cyclying it out due to the fact that these arrows were in a tub 4 three days and wanted to get em in the tank asap...thanx

Del if his tank isn't cycled and has only been set up a couple days. He will need to go daily to keep the ammonia from damaging his fish.

hoping to get it cleared up
