he's on a lil hunger strike right now. Gonna try to at least get him on worms instead of live fish. I think he, and the jurense might have intestinal parasites. Sick of feeding them feeders. The jau looks awesome I'll put up a few pics I took just now. He's on a strict shrimp diet trying to curb his aggression towards other fish by keeping him crammed with shrimp. lol.

Mine finally hit 8" also. I'm very happy. Seems like he's finally hitting a growth spurt. Been kinda slow till the last couple of weeks. These guys got nothin on rtc growth rate lol. The first two months I had my rtc it grew a total of 7". It was 1" when I got it and 8.5" after 2 months The fila was like 3.5", and is now finally after almost 3 months is 8".
milokai your's is very dark. Look at the contrast in comparison to mine. I took these pics when I first turned on the light. Kinda spooks him white a bit lol.

During the day or after the lights are on for 30 mins or so. I think some of it has to do with mood. Spooked equals white and dark equals content. lol

The Laws don't seem to be a problem ... it's more the head aches of dealing with the boarder and the expense of doing so
