Planning to do 100% water change

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
has anything been done with this yet? IMO I badly want a green tank, means your water quality can support even the smallest micro organisms.

I got to page three and stopped reading. This is a sad sad thread. If you want some help fast I can explain everything on how to keep a fish alive to you on the phone. 641.691.5535.

I don't like to see your fish suffer while you ponder doing a 100% water change. I am sure you have some idea what you are doing but I think I could help clear up some myths you might still believe.

Just an offer.

Get a pleco. Forget about the water change.
Plecos eat all your poop. ;)

Honestly he could just prevent the light hitting his tank and then he'd be in the clear

Since when do people ever take the simple route? :)

Thanks everyone.. I tried rinsing the filter media, iit cleared the water abit.. Then I added in OceanFree GreenAway.. This this.. It worked!! Yeah.. Now I just got myself some activated carbon and after a few hours in the filtration system I can see some improvements.. Thanks guys the green water is no longer a threat.. :D
